At Wild at Art (Pty) Ltd, we value your satisfaction and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how we handle returns:


We accept returns if:

  • The item received is defective or has a manufacturing fault,

  • An incorrect product was shipped,

  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery or collection, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act’s ‘cooling-off period’ for online purchases.

    Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

  2. Check Return Eligibility

    • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

    • Items must not be used, damaged, or altered.

    • Customised or made-to-order items (e.g., paper cut to size, custom workshop packs) cannot be returned.

    • If there’s uncertainty about a fault, the product may be sent to the supplier for assessment.

  3. Return Approval & Refund
    Once your return is approved and the product received in good condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement, depending on what’s agreed with you.


Workshop Policy

  • Workshop deposits payable before date of workshop
  • Deposits transferrable to next available workshop of your choice
  • No refunds unless informed 5 days before workshop date
